Edward J.
Bouillez, 88, of Terre Haute died at 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2007, at Royal Oaks Health
Care.
He was born Sept. 3, 1919, to Arthur and
Lottie Richards Bouillez. He was retired from
Sears as an appliance salesman. He was a U.S.
Army veteran, having served in World War II. He
was a member of the North Terre Haute Christian
Church.
Survivors include his wife, Katherine; a
stepson, Michael and wife Suzy Morgan of Brazil;
two daughters, Linda and husband Ed Powell of
Terre Haute and Judy and Jerry Maxwell of
Rosedale; a stepdaughter, Caroline Morgan of
Indianapolis; two brothers, Donald of Terre
Haute and Jim of Franklin; a sister, Rosemary
Lawrence of Lawrence, Kan.; six grandchildren,
Michael Powell, Marla Hill, Mark Powell, Lori
Russell, Lisa Jennings and Jeff Maxwell; two
step grandchildren, Travis and Amy Morgan; and
10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death
by his first wife, Ruby Haase Bouillez; both
parents; and four brothers, Arnold, Tony,
Hershel and Arthur.
Funeral services will be 11
a.m. Saturday at Mattox-Wood Funeral Home, with
Larry Scott officiating. Visitation will be 4 to
8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.
