Mary Etta
Foley, 79, of Fontanet died at 11:05 a.m.
Monday, May 1, 2006, in Union Hospital. She was
a nurse in the community for many years.
She was born Sept. 16, 1926, in Vigo County to
Frank Foley and Ethel Nevins. Survivors include
a cousin, John Turner, of Fontanet; and a second
cousin, Sonya Combs. She was preceded in death
by her parents; and one brother, Jim Foley.
She was a good friend to many in Fontanet, and
to the Mike Mason family.
Services are 1 p.m. Thursday in Mattox-Wood
Funeral Home, with the Rev. Darvin Winters
officiating. Burial is in Cress Cemetery.
Visitation is noon until services Thursday, in
the funeral home. |
