ROSEDALE —
Delbert Lewsader, 70, of Rosedale, died at 9:30
p.m. Friday, Dec. 23, 2011, Cobblestone Crossing
Health Care, in Terre Haute. He was born on July
2, 1941, in Marshall, Ill., to Snowden Lewsader
and Cora Black-Lewsader. He was a laborer at
Bemis for 40 years and a member of Harmony
Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one
brother, Hubert Lewsader; and two sisters, Helen
Marie Layton and Virginia Willis. Survivors
include one brother, Andrew Lewsader and his
wife Nancy of Riley; one sister, Lillie McNamee
and her husband J.L. of Garland, Texas; several
nieces and nephews, Donald Layton Jr., Peggy
Porter, Cindy Peyronet, Teresa George, Sandra
Roehm, Jacqueline Blair, Rose Ann Spesard, Kevin
Lewsader, and Jennifer Walker; and special
friends, Jeff Anderson, Glenn Anderson, Daniel
Caylor, and Kim Pruemer.
Funeral services are 1 p.m. EST Tuesday, Dec.
27, 2011, at Giovanini Funeral Home, 408 Vine
Street, in Clinton, with Brother Gordon Wonsey
officiating. Burial is in Livingston Cemetery,
in Livingston, Ill., east of Marshall.
Visitation is 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday at the
funeral home.
