Violet June
Snow, 75, of Brazil, died at 9:15 a.m. on
Thursday, Dec. 18, 2003, in Cloverleaf
Healthcare Center in Knightsville.
Born June
23, 1928, in Vigo County, Ind., she was the
daughter of the late David and Frances Miller.
Survivors
include her husband of 55 years, Victor, whom
she married Oct. 8, 1948; a daughter, Bonnie
Bunch and husband, Danny, of Rosedale, Ind.; a
son, Steven Snow and wife, Debbie, of Brazil;
two brothers, Robert Miller of Coal Bluff, Ind.,
and Luther Miller of
Fontanet, Ind.; six sisters, Lucille
Foxworthy of Greenwood, Ind., Ann James of Coal
Bluff, Ind., Zola Webster of Terre Haute,
Blossom Lawhorn of Terre Haute, Helen Brettell
of Coal Bluff, Edith Lawson of Brazil; nine
grandchildren, Scott Bunch and wife, Katrina, of
Rosedale, Mike Bunch and wife, Jamie, of
Bridgeton, Jason Bunch and wife, Gena, of
Rosedale, Angela Plant and husband, Sam Jr. of
Terre Haute, Amy Bunch of Rosedale, Christy
Pickett and husband, Chris, of Staunton, Jamie
Head and husband, Chad, of Brazil, Renee Snow of
Brazil and Steven Snow of Brazil; nine
great-grandchildren, Corbin Bunch, Brody Bunch,
Cassie Bunch, Danielle Head, Dillon Head, Dawson
Bunch, Cole Bunch, Christopher Pickett and
Victoria Pickett.
She was
preceded in death by three brothers, James
Miller, Thomas Miller and Ova Millier.
Services
will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Cottrell-Gooch
Funeral Home, Rosedale, with the Rev. Marcia
Carpenter officiating. Burial will be in
Rosedale Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today and before
services at the funeral home. |
